It’s cold for N. Florida. We are having freezing temperatures (25 degrees outside now.) But I’m one of the lucky ones. I’m inside my warm home.
I’m happy to say I finished Kristen’s memory quilt. I quilted all day yesterday to finish. That’s cutting a little close for me. But it’s done and ready for Christmas Day. Oops, I wrapped before I took picture of finished quilt. I will post in another post the finished project.
In the late afternoon I finished a mug rug for Kristen’s mom. The pattern went together easily. I’m a fan now of laser cut fused pieces. I made a label using new technique I learned recently. I’m working on improving my skill with the label but I prefer over satin stitching edges.
